A Break For Everyone!
Learning Islam Whilst Having Fun!
They say, ‘Building Jannah whilst having fun!’
Family Events, an MRDF supported project boasts they are the best family friendly event after Hajj and Umrah. And we agree!
The MRDF scholars are its Islamic engine that provides guidance and Islamic education to its audience whilsts the people enjoy a relaxing break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. People often feel like learning their deen should not mix with their social activities. However, we should always remember Allah Subhana Wa Ta’ala whatever the circumstance.
This extraordinary retreat was more than just a getaway; it was a soul-enriching experience that brought together learning, fun, and community bonding in an atmosphere of Islamic guidance and education.
The retreat was a fantastic blend of learning and leisure, catering to every family member. The scholars delivered powerful lectures that touched hearts and inspired minds, while the vibrant youth program kept the younger attendees engaged with a range of exciting activities. Children had a blast participating in fun games, creative art classes, football matches, martial arts sessions, Islamic studies, and kids' storytime—ensuring they were both entertained and educated.
This was more than just a weekend away; it was a chance to build lasting memories, deepen one's connection with Allah, and connect with the broader Ummah in a serene and uplifting environment. The event perfectly encapsulated the spirit of community and Islamic learning, leaving everyone who attended feeling rejuvenated.
As Shaykh Sajid Umar beautifully put it, "Just wrapped up an incredible bank holiday weekend at the Family Break! Imagine building Jannah while smiling, learning, and creating lifelong memories with the Ummah! This was more than just fun—it was a soul-enriching & unforgettable experience."
We thank Family Events for allowing our mashayekh to be part of an amazing break. It was a remarkable event that not only allowed families to enjoy their summer break but also deepened their understanding and practice of their deen.
