Being Extraordinary!

A Journey to Extraordinary Productivity!

In an inspiring bid to transform good intentions into extraordinary outcomes, MRDF staff members and mashayekh recently participated in a dynamic two-day training course titled The 5 Choices to Extraordinary Productivity, designed by Franklin Covey. The sessions were masterfully delivered by Shaykh Farid Haibatan, offering attendees a deep dive into actionable strategies to excel in every facet of life.

This training wasn’t just about becoming more productive at work, it was a holistic call to elevate personal, professional, and communal dimensions. From nurturing healthier relationships to tackling personal projects with purpose and precision, the course provided practical tools and motivational insights.

One participant shared, “The course gave me the clarity and structure I needed to get organised and take control of my tasks. It’s empowering to see how small, intentional choices can lead to extraordinary outcomes.”

Covey’s says, “We all have the potential to do extraordinary things.” Through this lens, participants explored ways to prioritise effectively, make decisions aligned with their values, and focus their energy on what truly matters.

MRDF is committed to building people and providing guidance, and this workshop was yet another step in fostering growth, excellence, and productivity among its team. Shaykh Farid’s engaging delivery and profound insights left attendees inspired and equipped to approach their roles with renewed vigor.

MRDF staff members continue to implement the lessons from this transformative course. With consistent learning and development opportunities like this, MRDF remains at the forefront of cultivating extraordinary leaders ready to make meaningful contributions to their communities.

So, whether it’s in the workplace, at home, or in service to others, one thing is clear, being extraordinary is not a distant goal, it’s a choice we can all make, starting today.

Jazakallahu khayran to Shaykh Farid for delivering another brilliant training session to the team.
