The course provided an opportunity for MRDF scholars, staff, and volunteers to delve into the fundamental principles of personal and organisational effectiveness. Shaykh Farid, with his extensive experience in leadership development and a deep understanding of Franklin Covey's principles, expertly guided the team through the material.
Over the course of the program, participants explored the seven habits that have been proven to elevate productivity, enhance relationships, and foster a proactive mindset. The immersive nature of the training allowed team members to grasp the principles fully and apply them at their place of work as well as in their daily lives.
Throughout the sessions, Shaykh Farid facilitated engaging discussions, interactive exercises, and real-life case studies to reinforce the importance of each habit. The team members actively participated, sharing personal experiences and embracing a collective spirit of growth and improvement.
The impact of the course is already evident, as participants have started implementing the learned habits into their work routines and interpersonal relationships. Improved time management, enhanced communication, and heightened proactivity are among the positive changes observed in the team's dynamics.
