Managers Refreshing Project Management Course!
On Wednesday the 28th February, in a bid to enhance efficiency and efficacy in project execution, department managers at the MRDF recently immersed themselves in an intensive one-day leadership and project management training session. This initiative aims to empower managers with the necessary skills and knowledge to navigate the complexities of project management successfully.
During the training, participants delved into examples of past events/project as case studies, fostering discussions on the intricacies of managing staff, volunteers, stakeholders, contractors, and the public.
The focus extended beyond mere theoretical concepts to practical applications, equipping managers with effective strategies to communicate, organize, manage time, and handle logistics seamlessly.
